Nicole Welch – Bookkeeper + Grants Management

Nicole Welch serves as the Bookkeeper for the Central Coast Autism Spectrum Center, supporting the organization remotely with financial management, budgeting, and event coordination, and assisting onsite during fundraisers. She holds an undergraduate degree from UCLA in Psychology and Child & Adolescent Development and a graduate degree in Sport and Performance Psychology from CSUF.

Nicole began her career at the UCLA Early Care and Education Center, where she developed a strong foundation in understanding behavior and supporting youth development. As a parent of two young children, her connection to youth advocacy has deepened, strengthening her commitment to helping young people be better understood and supported. She is passionate about the growing cultural shift toward respecting youth voices and believes every child deserves the space to be seen, heard, and valued.
