Carly Spears earned her undergraduate degree in Liberal Studies and her Master’s in Education from Cal Poly and spent six years working as a Special Education teacher. Carly has volunteered with CCASC since 2014 and stepped into the Executive Director position after her first child was born in 2022. Carly has worked in many roles within the special education world, but this is her favorite by far. She loves connecting people, building community, and being part of something bigger, like the Walk for Autism. Her favorite CCASC events are the dances and Camp Expedition. Outside of work, Carly enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and their two young kids.
