Founder and Executive Director of Monarch Behavior Solutions.  Lindsey is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and also has a master’s degree in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis. She has been a BCBA since 2009 and has been working with individuals with ASD since 2005. Lindsey received her master’s degree from the University of Washington and her bachelor’s degree from University of California, Santa Barbara, where she worked as a clinician at the Koegel Autism Center for two years. Lindsey has extensive experience developing and overseeing behavioral programs, including conducting functional behavior assessments in school and home environments. In 2012, Lindsey founded Monarch Behavior Solutions, a group practice of BCBAs, providing behavior therapy and consultation to children, families, and agencies throughout San Luis Obispo County. Lindsey has strong ties with the local community and has formed working relationships with the Tri-Counties Regional Center, fellow professionals, local school districts, and numerous families throughout the county.
